When will I get my wig?

Processing time for pre-order wigs is 13-17 business days. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address.

 

Can I Change My Order?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct before checkout. No changes can be made to any "Create Your Own Wig" orders after the coloring process is completed.

What if my wig doesn't fit?

Babey Bundles / @Jaybabey is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. Wig measuring is based on the circumference of your head in inches, measured with measuring tape.

Can I add more density to a wig?

If you would like to add more bundles to your order, you can add “Density Upgrade” to your cart. The “Density Upgrade” must be in the same cart as the wig you are purchasing. All wigs 18” and up are created with 3 bundles of the same length (200% density). Wigs 18” and shorter are created with 2 bundles of the same length (150% density). No changes can be made after your order is placed.

 

Will my wig be damaged if I get it colored?

Creating custom colored wigs requires the hair to be chemically altered by our personal coloring process using professional grade chemicals and supplies. Although we use a slow and tedious process to avoid as much damage as possible, coloring hair (especially bleaching) is bound to alter the strength of the hair. We will not overly compromise the quality of our hair for colors, but some damage will/can incur. Similar to dying our natural hair, the colors will fade over time and need to be washed with color safe products. We are not responsible for colors on wigs fading over time. Please understand photos can display color and tone differently depending on the lighting. Wearing your unit styled will display your custom color the best.
