Please keep in mind it is impossible to copy strand for strand on each wig, all of our wigs are created extremely similar but can never be exactly the same as they are individually hand painted by us using professional products.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns are not accepted. Babey Bundles is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure the circumference of your head. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our behalf. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping Policy

Processing time for pre-order wigs is 13-18 business days. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address. Orders in the US are shipped via USPS, International orders may ship with UPS or USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update. All wig orders require the Buyer Form to be filled out before your order is completed. The form can be found at the top of the site Once USPS has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
